One tenant, two ladders

Matric and O Level, side by side

A school running a national stream and a Cambridge stream runs both in one CampusFlo tenant — separate ladders, separate grading, one student record.

Configuration, never a fork

A profile sets the level ladder, term structure, grading scheme, attendance model and the vocabulary itself. Every value stays editable afterwards.

Privacy notice

What CampusFlo collects through this website, what an institution using CampusFlo controls, and the rights you have over either.

This website

If you submit the demo request form, we collect the details you enter — your name, institution, role, country, student numbers, campuses, board, phone, email and anything you write in the notes field. We use them to arrange your demo and to prepare a quote. We do not sell them, and we do not pass them to third parties for their own marketing.

We keep a hashed form of the submitting IP address to rate-limit the form against automated abuse. It is not stored in a form that identifies you and is not used for anything else.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by writing to info@campusflo.com. We will confirm when it is done.

Data inside a school’s CampusFlo system

This is the part that matters most, and the distinction is important.

Where an institution uses CampusFlo, that institution is the controller of its students’ and staff’s data. It decides what is collected, who inside the school can see it, and how long it is kept. We process that data on the institution’s instructions in order to provide the service.

If you are a parent, student or member of staff and you want to access, correct or delete information held about you, the request goes to your institution rather than to us. The product gives them the tools to answer it — subject-access export, correction, erasure workflows and retention rules.

Access inside the system is granted per action and masked per field, and the more sensitive categories — health, inclusion, safeguarding and counselling — each sit behind their own permission with every view recorded. Our security page describes how that works.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful — which ones are read, which are skipped, and roughly where visitors come from. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google a record of the pages you view on this site.

We have IP anonymisation switched on, so your address is truncated before it is stored. We do not use analytics to identify individuals, we do not combine it with enquiry-form submissions, and we do not run advertising or remarketing tags on this site.

If you would rather not be measured, browser-level tracking protection or Google’s own opt-out add-on will stop it. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
