One tenant, two ladders

Matric and O Level, side by side

Configuration, never a fork

A profile sets the level ladder, term structure, grading scheme, attendance model and the vocabulary itself. Every value stays editable afterwards.

For schools β€” primary to secondary, one campus or many

The level ladder, sections, the daily register, homework, board examinations and parent communication β€” the shape of a school, not a generic institution.

What a school needs first

These six carry the daily load. Everything else is built on top of them.

One student record

Family, documents, enrolment history, health flags and status, written once and read everywhere.

A register that takes seconds

Daily, session or period marking on a phone, with guardian alerts when it closes.

A clash-free timetable

Built with live checking, and covered the same morning when a teacher is out.

Marks that become report cards

Continuous assessment plus terminal exams, in your own grading scheme and your own report card format.

The diary and homework

Set from the timetable, delivered to parents the same afternoon.

Messaging that reaches families

WhatsApp, SMS, email and in-app, targeted by class, section or child.

A day, as the school actually experiences it

At 07:45 a form teacher opens the register on a phone and taps the three children who are not there. The register closes, and by 07:46 those three guardians have a WhatsApp. Nobody rang the office, and nobody found out at home time.

At 10:20 a subject teacher sets homework from the slot they just taught β€” a title, a worksheet and a due date. At 15:30 the class diary composes itself from the day’s lessons and homework and goes out once, so a parent with three children gets three summaries rather than a stream of notifications.

On Friday the term’s report cards publish to the parent portal in the school’s own format, with attendance and effort alongside the marks. The office prints the ones families have asked for on paper.

Where to look next

Questions from schools

We have more than one campus. Does that work?
Yes. Campuses are first-class: each has its own sections, timetable, staff, working days and print identity, while head office sees consolidated reporting. A family with children at two campuses still has one login.
Can we keep our own report card format?
Yes. Report cards are built from templates with the sections your school prints β€” marks, grades, attendance, effort, co-curricular, remarks and signatories β€” with different layouts per level and a second language where you need one.
What if we run two education systems?
That is the case CampusFlo is built for. A national stream and a Cambridge stream run in one tenant with their own ladders, terms and grading, and one student record per child.
