A school running a national stream and a Cambridge stream runs both in one CampusFlo tenant — separate ladders, separate grading, one student record.
See how it worksConfiguration, never a fork
A profile sets the level ladder, term structure, grading scheme, attendance model and the vocabulary itself. Every value stays editable afterwards.
One product, every countrySee it on your own scenario
A screen-share run against your levels, your grading scheme and your board — not a slide deck. Bring your student count and campuses.
Schedule a demoPlaygroup to Intermediate on the national ladder, with an O and A Level stream running beside it in the same tenant — BISE and FBISE formats, shortage lists, Friday and Ramadan timings, and Urdu output.
CampusFlo ships the national ladder as a preset, and every level stays editable. Promotion targets, section naming and roll-number formats all follow from it.
These are the defaults the Pakistan profile applies at setup. All of them stay editable afterwards, and changing one never rewrites history — it changes the default for the next academic year.
A vocabulary pack maps every domain term to the word your school uses, across menus, forms, prints and notifications. Nothing here is a translation layer — these are the product’s own field labels.
| Generic term | What CampusFlo shows you |
|---|---|
| Group / class | Class 5-A |
| Grouping term | Section |
| Student identifier | Roll number |
| Admission identifier | Admission number |
| National identifier | B-Form / CNIC |
| Responsible adult | Guardian, with father’s name |
| Examining body | Board — BISE or FBISE |
| Secondary language | Urdu, for notices and report cards |
This is the reason profiles are configuration rather than separate products. A school running a national section and a Cambridge section runs both ladders side by side, with one student record each.
Each stream keeps its own level ladder, term structure and grading scheme. A student belongs to one of them, but the school runs one system, one staff directory, one fee structure and one set of reports.
Regional behaviour is not a setting buried in one place. These are the modules that change when the Pakistan profile is applied.
B-Form and CNIC fields, father’s name printed where the board requires it, category and quota — general, staff child, scholarship — and the previous leaving-certificate number.
AttendanceShortage-of-attendance lists before board exams, the 75% eligibility flag, condonation recorded, and biometric punches from gate hardware.
TimetableShortened Friday timings as a standard template, a Ramadan window for its date range, and morning and evening shifts on one campus.
Exams and report cardsTerm and annual system with first, second and third positions, board registration lists, roll-number slips, and Matric and Intermediate result formats.
AdmissionsAge cut-off by class, entrance testing from Class 6, sibling priority and staff quota as reservation categories.
School Leaving Certificate in the board’s format, character certificate wording, and migration certificates — with serial numbers and QR verification.
Bring your class list, your grading scheme and your board. We set the tenant up before the call.
