A school running a national stream and a Cambridge stream runs both in one CampusFlo tenant — separate ladders, separate grading, one student record.

A profile sets the level ladder, term structure, grading scheme, attendance model and the vocabulary itself. Every value stays editable afterwards.

A screen-share run against your levels, your grading scheme and your board — not a slide deck. Bring your student count and campuses.

Online forms · entrance tests · merit lists · waitlists
Enquiries arrive from the website, the phone, walk-ins and campaigns, and each one carries a source and a follow-up schedule. The funnel shows where applicants stall, which is usually the thing costing you a cohort.
Application forms are defined per level, so a Class 1 applicant is not asked for board results and a Class 11 applicant is. Documents upload with the form, and the checklist tells you what is still missing.
Entrance tests and interviews are scheduled, marked and weighted by a formula you set. Merit lists apply quotas and tie rules consistently, which is what lets you defend a decision to a parent.
Admitting creates the student, deduplicates and links the guardians, writes the first enrolment and sends the welcome message. The application becomes the beginning of the student’s history rather than a form in a drawer.
Admissions decisions get challenged. These constraints are what make a decision explainable months later.
Offers beyond the seats configured for a level require an explicit override permission, which is recorded.
An application cannot be admitted with documents outstanding unless someone overrides it and gives a reason.
Name, date of birth and guardian phone are checked together, so the same child does not enter the funnel twice.
Weightings, tie rules and cut-offs are set for the session before results exist, and applied uniformly.
When a seat frees, the next candidate by merit is promoted rather than whoever called most recently.
Who moved an application, when, and why — available long after the person who did it has left.
Intake rules are one of the most country-specific parts of a school system.
Admissions is the front door to the student record, and the first thing the public website feeds.
Bring last year’s numbers — seats, applications and where families dropped out — and we will show you where the funnel leaks.
