One tenant, two ladders

Matric and O Level, side by side

A school running a national stream and a Cambridge stream runs both in one CampusFlo tenant — separate ladders, separate grading, one student record.

Configuration, never a fork

A profile sets the level ladder, term structure, grading scheme, attendance model and the vocabulary itself. Every value stays editable afterwards.

Exam management system, report cards and promotion

Plan the exam, run the hall, enter and moderate marks, publish results, and generate report cards in your own board’s format — then promote the year.

A date sheet that does not clash for a single student

Clash detection runs at student level, not subject level, which matters the moment students take different elective combinations. Seating plans, invigilation duties and admit cards all come out of the same schedule.

  • Date sheet builder with student-level clash detection across electives
  • Room allocation and seating plans in roll order or mixed groups
  • Invigilation duties balanced across staff
  • Admit cards with photo and QR, printed in batches

Marks

Entry, verification and moderation before anything is published

Marks are entered by the assigned teacher or the exam cell, optionally double-entered for verification, then reviewed by a head of department who can see the distribution before signing it off.

  • Per-subject, per-section entry with absent, exempt, medical and UMC flags
  • Optional double-entry verification, and import from OMR or Excel
  • Moderation with subject distributions and teacher-wise comparison
  • Grace-marks policy applied with an audit trail

Report cards

Your report card, not a template with your logo on it

The designer builds the sections your school actually prints — marks table, grades, attendance, effort, co-curricular, remarks and signatories — with different layouts per level and a second language where you need one.

  • Multiple layouts per level, bilingual where required
  • Remarks from comment banks, plus the principal’s own remarks
  • Progress against the previous term shown on the card
  • Batch PDF generation, print, portal publish and email to guardians

Promotion is a decision the system can defend

The promotion wizard applies your rules — pass all, pass with N failures, an attendance threshold, a minimum percentage — proposes a decision for every student, and lets you override individually with a reason.

  • Promote, promote on trial, repeat, graduate or leave
  • Bulk apply with per-student exceptions and recorded reasons
  • Creates next-year enrolments, roll numbers and house placements
  • Blocked until results for every contributing exam are published

The rules it enforces

Results are the most contested data a school holds. These constraints exist so a published result means something.

Entry windows

Marks can only be entered inside the window for that exam. Reopening it needs a permission and is recorded.

Published results are immutable

A correction does not overwrite; it creates a new version with an audit entry and a re-issued report card.

Promotion waits for results

The wizard will not run until every exam contributing to the annual result has been published.

Ranks follow policy

Students flagged absent or exempt are included or excluded by the policy you set, consistently across the cohort.

Grace marks are visible

Any grace applied is recorded against the student with who authorised it, never silently folded into a total.

Re-checks are a workflow

A re-check request has a status, an owner and an outcome, rather than living in somebody’s inbox.

How it works in your country

Examination structure is where education systems differ most, and where a generic product usually fails.

Pakistan
  • Term and annual system with first, second and third positions
  • Board registration lists and roll-number slips for BISE and FBISE
  • Matric and Intermediate result formats, marks out of 1100 or 1200
United Kingdom
  • GCSE 9–1 and A Level entries, and the results-day workflow
  • Predicted grades against targets
  • Progress measures in the shape the school reports on
United States
  • Semester grades, credits earned and GPA on the transcript
  • Honour roll rules, class rank optional
  • Weighted GPA for honours and AP courses
International Baccalaureate
  • MYP criteria A–D on a 1–8 scale
  • DP points with predicted grades
  • Internal assessment moderation recorded

What it prints

  • Date sheet, seating plan and hall attendance sheets
  • Admit cards with photo and QR verification
  • Blank and filled mark sheets, and the tabulation register
  • Report cards and cumulative transcripts, with a verification QR
  • Position and merit certificates, and the promotion register

Who sees what

  • Parent — date sheet, admit card, result, report card, re-check request
  • Student — the same, for themselves
  • Teacher — marks entry and their own subject analysis
  • Exam controller — scheduling, verification, moderation, publish
  • Principal — comparison across terms, years and campuses

Works with

Exams take their inputs from the gradebook and write the outcome back to the student record.

Questions about exams and report cards

Can it produce our board’s exact report card?
Yes — the template designer builds the sections your school prints, with different layouts per level and a second language where you need one. Pakistani board formats, UK-style reports and US transcripts with GPA are all layouts rather than separate products.
How do continuous assessment and the terminal exam combine?
You set the share each contributes — a 20/80 split between continuous assessment and the terminal exam is common in Pakistan and India. The gradebook supplies its portion and the exam supplies the rest, and the report card shows both.
What happens if a published result turns out to be wrong?
It is corrected as a new version rather than an overwrite. The original stays on record, the change is audited with an author and a reason, and a replacement report card is re-issued so the printed copy matches the record.
Can we run mock exams and board exams in the same system?
Yes. Mocks, unit tests, term exams and external board entries are all exam types, each with their own weighting toward the annual result. Board results can be imported afterwards and compared against your internal predictions.

Bring your report card and we will build it

A scan or a printed copy is enough. Seeing your own format come out of the system answers more questions than a feature list.
